In the first part of the session, Hamza Başoğlu focused on the realities of company life in the game industry, addressing topics such as workflow structures, responsibility distribution, and production processes in small to mid-sized studios. He then spoke about the challenges of starting one’s own company, common mistakes made by first-time founders, and key considerations for aspiring entrepreneurs, supported by real-world examples. Drawing from his professional experience, Başoğlu emphasized the importance of team communication, motivation, and long-term vision in building a successful game studio.

Students attending the event engaged in an interactive Q&A session, asking questions about founding a game studio, entering the industry, team management, and entrepreneurship experiences.
