As part of the "GameTalks" events organized by the Department of Digital Game Design, the event titled "Game Talks: Intro to FRP" focused on tabletop role-playing games and met with participants on Thursday, April 10. In the event, where Airties Research Director Mehmet Şükrü Kuran was a speaker, the basic dynamics, narrative structures and player interactions of Fantasy Role Playing (FRP) games were discussed in detail. Participants had the opportunity to learn how FRP systems work, player roles and the duties of the gamemaster (GM) within a theoretical framework. The event provided a comprehensive look at the cultural and creative potential of tabletop role-playing games.
